We also strive to manage pollutants in compliance with the law. Through efficient landfill planning for excavated material, we ensure adequate disposal capacity in the canton of Zug while minimizing transportation distances and costs. By encouraging waste reduction, reuse and proper disposal, we create a more circular economy and conserve resources consciously. We also collaborate with other cantonal agencies to control the spread of invasive plants and animals (invasive species). Using effective safety measures, we prevent accidents and protect people and the environment from the risks associated with storing and transporting large quantities of chemicals.
