About us

The State Chancellery is the department of the Cantonal Council and the Government Council. It is headed by the Head Clerk of the State Chancellery.

We provide various services for the administration and the public. These include services such as applications, communications as well as researching and archiving public records and official documents.

We are happy to act as an interface between the directorates. If required and in case of special requests, we will put you in touch with the right office.
