How does viamia counselling work?

viamia starts with an assessment of your current situation. Here we discuss your career, your resources and the specific labour market. You will receive an honest assessment of your current starting position in your profession. Sometimes this already gives you the desired perspective.

For two thirds of people, this is followed by a career counselling session lasting one or more appointments. We determine the topics together. We focus on possible steps that will strengthen your employability. The aim is to open up suitable and realistic paths.
