Mandate Center

Professional guardians at the Mandate Center manage guardianships on behalf of the Child and Adult Protection Authority (KESB) in accordance with the civil law provisions governing child and adult protection. They support adults and children in various challenging life circumstances. To help them navigate these circumstances, the available resources, options and the current circumstances are taken into account. Depending on the assignment, their tasks include

• the personal counseling, guidance and support;
• management of income and assets incl. material representation of interests.

The guardians are supported in their work by a competent team.

The Mandate Center is mainly responsible for:

• Handling the mandates assigned by the KESB
• Quality assurance and consistent implementation of the mandate
