Bar Examination Commission

In addition to conducting the written and oral bar examinations and granting admission to the bar, the Bar Examination Commission also has other responsibilities. It issues certificates qualifying lawyers who are not from the canton of Zug to perform public certifications. For applicants from EU or EFTA member states, it conducts the aptitude test and the interview to assess their professional skills in accordance with the Federal Act on the Free Movement of Lawyers and issues the corresponding certificates.
