About us
Our department has two divisions: Operations and Supporting Services. Supporting Services include the cantonal administration's call center and the municipal court messenger service. We ensure that parliamentary operations, government council meetings and other events in the government building run smoothly. Active participation in elections and votes is also one of our core competences. We procure and support specialized IT applications and are responsible for various digital transformation projects for the Chancellery Office. This also includes running the office stationery shop for the Zug administration department and the federal directory office. Last but not least, we support the cantonal social media team.
