We prepare strategic analyses on the development of locations and buildings, and plan for their long-term use and occupancy needs.

By regularly assessing the condition of our properties, we can identify well in time where action and investment is required. In this way, we ensure that the canton of Zug always has a functional and modern building infrastructure. And for this to happen, we often have to think years ahead, develop strategies and concepts, and lay the groundwork for decision-making.
