Ordering copies of certificates

You can order the following certificate copies:

• Federally recognized certificate of competence with or without the report card
• Federal Vocational Certificate with or without the report card
• Certificate for vocational trainers.
• DNI or DNII diploma levels from the former healthcare schools in the canton of Zug
• Apprenticeship certificate

Procedure

1. Fill out and send the form
2. Pay in advance to a postal checking account or via e-payment
3. After receiving the payment, the documents will be sent by registered letter. 

Costs

Certificate copies are subject to a fee, which will be clearly indicated prior to completing the order.
