About us
The Pharmaceutical Department ensures compliance with legal requirements for therapeutic products. Persons and companies involved in storing and distributing therapeutic products must always ensure patient and product safety, and maintain high quality standards.
We issue licenses to these persons and companies (retail trade) and monitor their compliance with legal requirements through regular inspections. We also work to prevent counterfeit products, combat drug misuse, and address general demarcation issues related to foodstuffs and chemicals.
